SYDI – Simplifying Network Documentation

SYDI is a collection of scripts to help people get started with the documentation process. What it can do is to collect information from a Windows Server (SYDI-Server) or a MS SQL Server (SYDI-SQL) or an Microsoft Exchange Organization (SYDI-Exchange) and present its findings in a MS Word document or an XML document. On the Linux side SYDI-Linux writes output to XML which can be converted to Html or the OASIS OpenDocument format.

I have just test it for windows ( XP / 2k3 ) and Linux ( RH / Debian ) and MS SQL. it seems very useful !
